The Alpaquina Capelet is a delicate and elegant piece. It's the perfect addition to any semi-formal outfit that will accompany you all year round. In Spring/Summer you can work it with cool fibers and in Autumn/Winter, with warmer yarns as Alpaquina by Katia Yarns.This piece has a top down construction, from the neck down, in a circular pattern and without seams. The lower part is finished off with a bohemian crochet lace. You can make it in two colors as the original pattern or just in one.

You need to know basic crochet stitches as chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, increases and 2 double crochet cluster stitch.

The pattern is a pdf document that includes written instructions, a size chart with a scheme, a video tutorial with a tip, charts and nice photos.

Materials: Alpaquina (75 % superfine alpaca, 25% polyamide) by Katia Yarns, but you can consider other yarn options that fits the gauge tension.

Crochet hook: E4 and G6 (3.5 mm and 4 mm)

Other notions: Tapestry needle and scissors.

19 stitches x 9 rounds = 4" (10 x 10 cm)
